St. Mary's Annual Parish Picnic is just a few weeks away, July 19-21. Two of our most beloved picnic traditions are the Saturday evening outdoor mass at the chowder tent and the cutting of vegetables for the chowder.
This year, Mass will begin earlier, at 4:30 PM, immediately followed by the cutting of vegetables in the chowder tent. All are invited to help cut the veggies! Please bring a peeler, knife, cutting board, large bowl and kitchen towel.
This is an extra special year as our parish is celebrating our 175th Anniversary! There will be a car show on Friday night, the Chowder Chase 5k Run/3k Walk with a beer/wine/food social on Saturday night, and of course the picnic on Sunday. More picnic weekend information may be found HERE.
